Working Principle and Payment Methods – EN 590 Diesel Fuel Sales

We offer a reliable and transparent business model in international trade. Our EN 590 Diesel Fuel sales process includes the following steps:

1. Application and Pre-Verification

  • The buyer submits an application with an Official Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO).

  • Financial documents such as a Bank Confirmation Letter (BCL), Proof of Funds (POF), or Authorization to Verify (ATV/CIS) are shared.

  • The authenticity of the documents is verified, and the process begins.

2. Contract and Financial Approval

  • A Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) is signed between the parties.

  • The buyer provides an SBLC MT760 (Standby Letter of Credit) or an accepted alternative payment method.

3. Production, Inspection, and Shipment

  • The product is prepared in compliance with international standards (EN 590, SGS/CCIC certifications, etc.).

  • Pre-shipment inspections are conducted, and all required documents (certificate of origin, quality reports, insurance, etc.) are completed.

  • Shipment is carried out under CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) terms to the designated port.

4. Document Delivery and Payment

  • 15 critical shipping documents (original invoice, quality certificates, bill of lading, insurance policy, etc.) are delivered to the buyer.

  • Payment (MT103 bank transfer) is completed within 3 business days after receiving the documents.
